DINE@HYATT PROGRAMME

DINE@HYATT is a dining loyalty programme from Grand Hyatt Seoul,Park Hyatt Seoul and Park Hyatt Busan. DINE@HYATT offers points for money spent on food and beverages at participating restaurants, bars, and delis. You are also able to enjoy various membership benefits and promotions every month. DINE@HYATT is an annual programme that complimentarily renews and/or upgrades your membership based on your active usage, so please always remember to make the most of your membership benefits.

 
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE
KRW100,000
* Immediately credited to your membership account as 100,000 points
* Reward complimentary renewal for members who earned more than 50,000 point per year
 
EARNING POINTS
You will earn 10% of each bill paid as a points reward.
*Excludes tax, room charge, room service, or events
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions including World of Hyatt, Club at the Hyatt and Credit Card discount.
REDEEMING POINTS
Your account will be active once you add 50,000 point after the registration. Since then, you can pay with your points partially or fully at any participating outlet.  
1 point = KRW 1.  You may convert your points into gift vouchers by contacting the DINE@HYATT office. 
* KRW 50,000 and KRW 100,000 food and beverage vouchers are available. 

 

POINT VALIDITY
All points are only valid until the membership card expiration date and become invalid when the annual membership expires or renews. Points balance cannot be carried over.


MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
DINE@HYATT complimentarily extends your membership another one year if you have earned more than 50,000 points within a year. If a member does not qualify for an extension, any accumulated points will expire.

 

MEMBERS TIERS
You will earn a new level of membership every year according to the total spent in participating outlets.
• Black Card: members who have collected more than 1,000,000 points
• Gold Card: members who have collected more than 500,000 points but less than 1,000,000 points
• Regular Member: members who have collected less than 500,000 points
* based on points collecting records during a year

-Chef’s tailor-made complimentary birthday dinner for two, with wine pairings at a venue of the member’s choice 
*Steak House ,Cornerstone or Dining Room
-An Invitation to Guest Chef Promotion for two

• Gold Card
-Choice of birthday cake (2 lbs) or a bottle of ‘Moët & Chandon Brut’(375ml) (Steak House, Dining Room) or a bottle of "Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label" (375ml) (Cornerstone) for member’s birthday 
*You may receive one of them while dining at the hotel, or collect directly from The Deli or Cornerstone (Cornerstone requires 24 hours prior notice) or Patisserie

* DINE@HYATT will evaluate your tier and contact prior to your expiry date.
* Please make reservations through the DINE@HYATT office to receive all membership benefits.
* Present your vouchers (enclosed in your package) to receive benefits.
* Event invitation is non-transferable and seats may be limited.
* Tier programmes and benefits are subject to change and will be announced via the DINE@HYATT webpage.
* DINE@HYATT has right to assign a new tier every 12 months.
